This company is a team of experts with an entrepreneurial and innovative feel, dedicated to investigating, negotiating and settling a broad range of claims against a wide variety of financial services providers. Their specialist solicitors only undertake this type of work which means they are solely focused on this area of law and are completely familiar with all the issues that surround the mis-selling of financial products.

The practice is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. (SRA)

Due to expansion, they are looking for a Processing Agent who will be the key point of contact for all calls relating to lenders and clients in order to receive an outcome to the initial complaint. You will be confident and professional when speaking to both lenders and clients and will understand the importance of recording information accurately. You will be required to undertaken tasks ensuring that the company's image is portrayed in a courteous and professional manner at all times. The job performed is predominantly telephony based.

If you have the following skills;

- Previous office experience
- Experience of working in a similar role
- A good standard of secondary education
- Knowledge of financial services or legal sector

Duties involve;

- Answering calls offering an excellent service in order to maximise individual contribution to the business at all times.
- Maintaining client and lender relationships whilst collating information and following up correct processes.
- Working the post received accordingly from any lenders and action claims to ensure the claim is progressed to the next level in order to receive a satisfactory outcome.
- Communicating necessary information to clients on the progress of their claims
- Resolving any issues using appropriate communication methods and update the management team as necessary
- Follow Treating Customers Fairly policy on each transaction, ensuring the best customer outcome is achieved.
- Complying with and being up to date with all aspects of compliance, Data Protection, Anti Money Laundering and financial crime awareness.
