This company is now recruiting for a Marketing and Sales executive for their Sheffield office. This role will suit a recent graduate, or candidate with limited experience looking to build a career in sales and marketing.
The successful applicant will work closely with their sales team to generate new leads and provide support aimed at increasing spend per customer, along with responding to stock enquiries using their standard pricing models. They will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our website, tracking and improving keyword ranking (in conjunction with an outside agency), competitor analysis, and preparing important customer communications such as our monthly newsletter.
A large part of the role is producing print and online marketing materials that comply to a technical specification, therefore strong attention to detail is needed and an interest to learn more about metallurgy (education in which will be provided via their popular in-house metallurgy course).
Candidates should have a relevant degree, with Business/Marketing/Computer Science degrees being desirable.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong interest/experience in Marketing
- Proficient IT and marketing skills e.g. Microsoft Office, SEO, Google Analytics, Wordpress
- An understanding of CSS / HTML
- A creative and confident personality
- The ability to work both independently, and as part of a team
The ability to speak a second language is particularly desirable.
