Their specialist solicitors only undertake this type of work which means they are solely focused on this area of law and are completely familiar with all the issues that surround the mis-selling of financial products.

The practice is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. (SRA)

As a Sales Agent you would be required to maximise the number of sales packs returned by clients interested in making a claim for mis-sold products such as Investments and Mortgages etc. The role will involve outbound and inbound calls, using questioning skills to establish if the client has a claim and completing relevant paper work correctly.

Working on a daily workload towards KPI targets set by the department and offer best practice advice whilst ensuring that the claims are maximised. As well as being a key point of contact you will be required to also identify opportunities to up-sell additional products and services to potential clients.

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Claims experience
- Call Centre/Office experience/insolvency experience
- A good standard of secondary education

Duties involve;

- Maximising all packs back fulfilling required targets.
- Contacting possible customers by the appropriate communication method.
- Ensuring that the call guidelines are adhered to in line with required quality checks
- Attain targets and quality as set by the Sales Manager
- Understanding how to identify vulnerable customers and assess what level of support is needed to help them
- Using knowledge of the Claims Management Process to ensure the client understands each step
- Ensuring relevant documents are signed and returned by the client in a timely manner
- Using excellent questioning skills to prepare documents for client and lender
- Following their treating customers fairly policy on each transaction, ensuring the best customer outcome is achieved
- Complying with and being up to date with all aspects of compliance, data protection, anti-money laundering and financial crime awareness
