One of my clients in Norfolk are looking for a Senior Planning Officer to join them for 6 months, with the potential for extension. My client can offer flexible working arrangements, and are willing to negotiate on rates for the right candidate.
About the role
The successful candidate will be required to process a range of applications, including complex minor and small major applications of up to approximately 50 units. You will also be required to carry out site visits, give pre-application advice, liaise with developers, and assist more Junior members of staff.
The Successful Candidate
You will ideally be MRTPI accredited and must hold a degree relative to Town Planning. You should also have proven experience working on similar sized projects in the UK and knowledge to hit the ground running with little to no supervision. My client are open to taking on candidates with private sector experience.
