Yoh Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing & Engineering client in the Cambridge area. They have recently been going through a large recruitment drive across all areas of their due to planned growth. Due to this growth, their HR department has opened a positon for a HR Service Partner. You will need proven experience in HR and Administration.
What you will be doing;
* Support the HR Business Partner with all aspects of HR
* Deal with Absence and Holiday data
* Coordinate new starter documentation and on boarding
* Maintain and create reports using SAP HR system
* Maintain SharePoint HR pages
* Administration and coordination of documents
* Global reporting on HR KPI information
Required Experience;
* Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook experience
* Experience working within a small scale organisation
* Previous experience dealing with SAP
* Previous experience dealing with SharePoint
* Attention to detail
* Able to multi-task & prioritise
