Chef de Partie - 3AA Rosette Fine Dining - St Andrews

Working in a specialist kitchen, this is an exciting and challenging role that will allow you to develop your skills and progress and put you in an enviable position.
Temporary accommodation is available for those who would relocate.
Skills/Requirements
Experience in a kitchen, ideally a similar role and it is preferred that you are qualified to SVQ 2 or 3 level or equivalent.
Solid knowledge of some sections, culinary terminology and techniques
Be able to demonstrate competencies and skills within the kitchen
