A lovely Primary School in the Tonypandy area are looking for an experienced LSA to work on a weekly basis, 3 days a week. The position is within the Nursery, and will be to start immediately, running until the end of the academic year. Because you could be working with children as young as 2, experience within Early Years/Foundation Phase would be beneficial but not essential.
When working within a Nursery, personal care plays a large role in being responsible for the pupils, therefore duties such as changing nappies, cleaning mess and toilet duties, should be expected.

You will be expected to:
* Organise the classroom and learning resources to create a safe and positive teaching environment.
* Motivate pupils with their education and development
* Maintain discipline, with a firm but fair attitude.
* Stay punctual and up to date with changes and developments within the classroom.
