QCS is the leading quality improvement system for the Care sector. Our service provides over 40,000 Care professionals with the tools they need to deliver excellent care. This is a comprehensive service, meeting the legislature and regulatory requirements of England, Scotland and Wales and therefore ensuring our users have access to the most comprehensive set of customised policies, procedures and quality assurance toolkits on the market. Working closely with Digital Marketing Manager, the Head of Marketing will manage and deliver email and direct mail communications to 40,000 customers and prospects, as well as intermediary consultants and affinity partners. They will manage the workload and provide direction and support to the Marketing Executive and manage the department in the absence of the Marketing Director: - Manage lead nurture process and Pardot drip campaigns to increase lead score and generate new sales leads. - Generate new leads through encouraging existing prospects and customers to refer new potential customers. - Arrange for the effective delivery of print ads, sector events and trade shows to build leads. - Achieve agreed email open and click through rate targets. - Achieve agreed direct lead generation and sales revenue targets. - Achieve agreed brand engagement targets. - Achieve agreed trade show and social media engagement targets. - Support the achievement of agreed customer satisfaction targets, through Net Promoter Score (NPS). The QCS Marketing department is a creative and fast paced, dynamic environment. The small team is multi-skilled and capable of delivery across all areas of the marketing mix, using a blend of in-house development and out-sourced support. Each team member manages their role with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of their marketing activity and managing projects through to delivery to achieve specific KPIs. As would be expected of a business experiencing rapid growth, team support, flexibility and ability to perform under pressure are critical to the success of the Marketing Department., You are currently working within a dynamic digital marketing environment. - You are experienced at leading, planning and executing direct marketing campaigns, either at a senior role in-house or agency-side with multiple relevant clients. - You are confident and capable with data analytics, with ability to interpret data to inform product and communications direction. - You have in depth experience of Pardot and Salesforce. - You have worked in a customer driven, agile environment where performance and delivery are key. - You are an inspirational and effective communicator, both written and verbal, able to influence and coordinate internal stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations. - You pay forensic attention to detail and are results-orientated. - You take a modern, creative and vibrant approach towards creating artwork and content. - You have a natural customer empathy and curiosity with an insatiable desire to improve the customer experience. - You thrive in and achieve your best when working in a team and collaborating. - You are passionate about keeping up with ever-changing technology. - You lead with a coaching style and know how to create a positive and enthused team atmosphere. - You are a capable self-starter and a completer/finisher.
