Service Engineer (Electrical/Electronic)

GBP26,000 to GBP28,000 base + Overtime + Van (can be used for personal use) + Fuel & Expenses Card + Phone + Laptop + Tools + Pension + Call Out + Train
Service Engineer position available for engineers looking to join a growing and successful service company. The company offer excellent training both in the UK at the Head Office and in Germany where you'll will receive full manufacturers training.
To apply for the role engineers need to be electrical/electronic bias with some mechanical skills.
You do not need service experience to apply for the role. Training on the product along with PLC training will be provided, experience on automated machinery is not needed. You will spend a few weeks with the installation/commissioning team getting to know the products.
Your role is to service and repair automated storage machinery. The role is home based primarily covering the Midlands, some further travel may occasionally be needed along with overnight stops.
You will be paid from door to door and overtime is paid on top of your standard 40 hours. You will organise all service calls and respond to breakdowns.
