We are looking for a Mechanical and Engineering Manager to join our Repairs and Maintenance Team. This is an exciting and challenging post where the right candidate will get the opportunity to shape how we manage compliance within Council Housing (Responsive Repairs).
You will be responsible for the delivery of all Council Housing (Responsive Repairs) Statutory Compliance, Mechanical and Electrical works for Enfield housing Stock.
We understand the importance of Mechanical and Engineering compliance and therefore we need to recruit an expert in this area.
You will need to have the relevant qualifications and or demonstrable experience of delivering large scale responsive and cyclical mechanical and electrical programmes.

The standard process is for posts to be advertised on the Councils redeployment and internal site concurrently, however those members of staff that are at risk of redundancy and on the Council's redeployment register will be considered first.
All appointments will be made at the bottom point of the salary range.
