This is a very exciting prospect for a Trainee Estate Agent - Lettings Negotiator or an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a well-established Central London estate agency. It is a chance to join a unique, fast-paced, estate agents who have a stronghold of the local market. Previous residential lettings experience is welcomed but not essential.

They are seeking a Trainee Estate Agent - Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
Character profile for Trainee Estate Agent - Lettings Negotiator:
They require an incredibly articulate, well presented and professional Lettings Negotiators (Trainee estate Agent or Experienced) to work with them and maintain and build great relationships with their clients.
They are looking for motivated, driven individuals who are career-focused, possess a strong work ethic and ideally some sales experience.
No previous estate agency experience is required, but the right attitude is essential, you need to be driven, money hungry and incredibly self-motivated.

Package:
Basic: GBP14k - GBP16k (depending on experience)
Commission: 10% rising
OTE: GBP30k - 40k

Hours: 9am - 6.30pm (Mon to Fri), 9am - 5pm Saturday
