In this role you will be required to ensure that people with complex needs and at times challenging behaviour are supported to achieve independent and fulfilled lives. Support customers to assess their needs, as well as design and deliver support plans which help them achieve their goals. We ask you to ensure the scheme achieves its support targets. Support other staff to contribute to the development and delivery of support plans.
£14,553.75 - £15,010.48 – actual for pro rata
30 hours – Monday – Sunday, on a rota including nights.
