Our client is recruiting on behalf of an incredible financial advisory firm. Founding their business on the principles of bespoke, personal advice and professional council, they are a dynamic, exciting business and have built an enviable reputation throughout Yorkshire and into Scotland.
As a rapidly growing, ambitious and highly profitable business, they are seeking a Finance Manager to take on a newly created role at their offices in Leeds city centre.

This is an outstanding role for a high calibre, highly ambitious accounting professional with an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification to take on a newly created role that they will have the chance to shape and develop.

As the Finance Manager, you will act as a member of the Management Team that reports to the Executive Board.
Driving forwards the work of the high performing Finance Team, you will make sure the team works in the most efficient, professional and effective manner and delivers amazing services to the firm.
Your role is autonomous and has the potential to add real value to the organisation. The company has just upgraded their systems to Xero, the cloud-based accounting system, and there are huge opportunities to re-evaluate systems and procedures to make the Finance function more effective and efficient.
This senior position will see you working with the CEO on analysis and process modelling work, developing the reporting suite and getting involved in acquisitions and related due diligence. To be considered as the Finance Manager, you will need:
- To be fully ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
- Post qualification experience
- Experience of liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Experience of influencing decision making
- Evidence of continual learning and development of skills and knowledge
