Working as part of both the senior management and wider management team you will contribute to and lead the development and transition of new services and projects.
1625 Independent People (1625ip) is a leading youth homeless charity based in the South West, working with over 2,500 young people. We have strong local partnerships and adhere to the best practice in the sector,

about what we do and can demonstrate you can deliver the following, please apply:
- You will shape services and enhance the opportunities and experiences for the young people we support, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- You will influence key areas that make a real difference for our young people; ensuring integrated services, effective transitions and joined up working.
- You will play an important role in the ongoing development and delivery of our Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) framework, in which our work is rooted. You will support our ongoing investment in our staff supporting coordination of our core training plan and reflective practice across the 1625ip.

About us
1625 Independent People prevents youth homelessness in the South West and has been helping 16-25 year olds reboot their lives for over 30 years.
With around 100 employees in six locations, we provided housing and support to around 2500 young people last year.
