Brook Street is currently recruiting for 12 candidates to join a team of I. Helpdesk Agents in Telford, offering first line support.
No experience required other than a background within either customer service or IT related.
This is a six month temporary assignment leading to permanent positions thereafter.
You will attend an in-house group training course with other new starters to learn all about the role and the processes.
You work 37 hours per week however, you are paid for 42 hours as your lunch break is paid!
Working within a friendly, team environment you will be taking calls and web chats from service users to find a solution to their query.
You will be trained how to fix the issues remotely or assign to the appropriate team for resolution.
A key part of the role is data capturing. This involves logging information in full detail, ensuring the information is clearly and concisely written.
Responsibilities include being professional, helpful and flexible and able to adapt to any situation.
The purpose of the role is to support and provide IT assistance to workers, enabling them to have the maximum use of the technology and IT infrastructure available to them.
