Due to exciting business growth I am delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Services & Export Logistics Advisor on a full time permanent basis.
This position offers all staff free on-site parking, a very generous salary, the ability to communicate with clients around the globe, and the opportunity to work with a large global organisation.
The successful candidate must have previous experience of working within export, and an understanding of export documentation and export procedures due to the nature of this role. Experience using an ERP system is also essential due to the nature of the role.
As a Customer Services & Export Logistics Advisor you will be responsible for;
• Ensuring full communication between customers and the sales team
• Ensuring that goods are received in a timely manner
• Update customers on the progress of their orders and promptly deal with any issues
• Deal directly with Freight Forwarders in relation to special deliveries
• Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure orders are received
