Investor Relations - 12 month FTC

Selby Jennings are working on behalf of a market leading Real Estate Investment Manager covering European markets. My client invest through both equity and debt strategies looking to maximise value in all property classes. The role is within their investor relations team working with existing investors across the European landscape. The position is an initial 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to be made permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with European Investors

• Act as a point of contact for any investor queries

• Produce marketing and investment materials

• Perform due diligence requirements

• RFP

• Ad-hoc administration requirements

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a Finance or Economics related degree

• Experience working within the Real Estate or private markets

• Prior experience in an investor relations capacity

• Understanding of the Real Estate space
