Location: Barming, Maidstone
Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 (37.5 hours a week)
Pay:GBP24.00 PAYE - GBP27.50 Umbrella
Duration: TEMPORARY - Expected to be from 20th August - 31st January 2019
Job Description:
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Involvement in the delivery of complex transformation programmes, with experience of planning and delivering programmes, projects and services on time.
• Working with diverse, multiple stakeholders in complex public sector environments.
• Extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through special education or experience at Master's level equivalent.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Must have an understanding of the background and aims of current health and social care policy and appreciate the implications of this on engagement.
• Should have an appreciation of the relationship between the Department of Health, NHS England, NHS Improvement, local authorities and individual provider and commissioning organisations.
• Member of a relevant professional body.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Good presentational skills for conveying complex concepts.
• Ability to use informed persuasion to influence others.
• Ability to identify risks, anticipate issues and create solutions and to resolve problems in relation to programme delivery.
• Ability to understand a broad range of complex information quickly and making decisions where opinions differ/no obvious solution.
• Ability to deliver at pace in a complex environment.
• Ability to work without supervision, providing specialist advice to the workstream, working to tight and often changing timescales.
• Interpreting national policy for implementation.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to move between details and the bigger picture.
