Regional Repair Centre is looking for an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to work in a Busy Service Centre with varying levels of strict KPI and SLA requirements levied by our accounts and accredited manufacturers / insurance companies.

The successful Applicant will need to demonstrate excellent fault finding and diagnostic analysis across a range of home appliances dishwashers, washing machines, ovens, cookers, tumble dryers, fridges, fridge freezers and be proficient in set up and installation issues to determine actual fault levels on site.

Accurate and detailed descriptions, condition logs and uploading photos / repair documents must be done during every visit. Domestic Appliance Engineer – White Goods We are looking for an experienced white goods Engineer/ Domestic Appliance Engineer who lives in the west midlands area.

Your typical duties consist of:

• Determining the potential, quality and repair capacity of the appliance
• Repairing a range of domestic appliances
• Stripping down and re-building machines
• Fault finding and diagnosis
• Testing products

Requirements

Current full UK driving license Time served, previous experience and proven track record essential Competency in the use of tools and equipment Excellent customer service skills Basic computer/IT literacy and use Ability to self organise daily workload High degree of self-motivation, commitment and pride in your work Ability to confidently communicate with customers face to face To promote the Company at all times
