We are delighted to be looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Warwick for a temporary position with the possibility of going permanent!

We are an award winning nationwide company, who pride ourselves on our fantastic customer service and are continuing to grow within our industry. You will feel right at home when starting with us, with full training provided and support throughout your journey with you.

You role with us is key, you will be providing first class customer service whilst taking bookings and handling general enquires. This customer service will be portrayed though both telephone and email. You will also be responsible for making sure all contact details are kept up to date and that all documentation is to a high standard.

In return you will receive a superb salary of £8 per hour across a 40 hour working week. These hours are split across Monday to Friday shifts of:
07:00-16:00
08:00-17:00
10:00-19:00

There may be a need for a Saturday shift, every 3 weeks from 07:00-13:00hrs.
You will also receive 1 hour for an unpaid lunch as well as free parking on site.

Our ideal candidate would have proven customer service skills with good computer skills. We will be holding a 1 stage interview for this role with an immediate start available to follow if successful. This is a temporary role for approximately 3 months with a possibility for extension or to be made permanent.
