Credit Controller - GBP25,000-GBP28,000 depending on experience - Woking Surrey
Our client an industry leader is currently looking for a Credit Controller to work with the Finance Team based in Woking.
To be a great candidate for this role you must have a passion for being part of a close finance team and having the responsibility of looking after the cash. This role is key to the development of the Finance Team and we will rely on this role to support employees to develop their cash collection skills and also build on invoice resolution processes.
Responsibilities:
- Maximising cash collection while you retain the client
- Calling clients to proactively remind them of payment dates or chase late balances
- Help clients who have questions and problems with their invoice
- Manage the collection process up to and including legal action with clients
- List of at-risk balances for discussion on way forward
Required experience:
- Sales ledger management systems, legal industry experience, weighing up risk with ownership, legally actioning with County Courts
