Our client has an ambitious development plan to build 1200 new homes. They are innovators trialling new development models and new offsite construction methods and have an in-house land buyer and a new process for commissioning design quality. They are mid-way through a comprehensive review of their assets to determine their future investment and disposal programme.
You are a proven project manager with strong financial and commercial skills. You understand how to commission economically viable and high quality new housing. You are truly collaborative and committed to working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best for customers. You are able to lead your team through change and engage them in new ways of working and with a strong performance focus you worry away at knotty issues to ensure continuous improvement.

A Sunday Times Best 100 Not for Profit organisation they are a forward thinking, innovative and ambitious organisation and currently own and manage over 6000 properties, support over 8500 customers across health, care and supported housing services, and employ over 600 people.
