Each member of the haart team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. On a daily basis, you will register new applicants,book and conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between applicants and vendors. Your role is vital to the business, aiding the growth of your branch through canvassing, prospectingand obtaining referrals. Much of this role will involve recommending our array of services and ensuring that our customers are kept as part of the "haart family", too.

In addition, your passion for this industry will be evident in your commercial awareness, where you will be seen as the 'hub of knowledge' - an expert in yourvendors' and buyers' needs. We are, after all, in the business of property sales and investments and ultimately, in helping our customers achieve their property goals.

This role is ideal if you have a background in sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with your clients. Your passion and experiencewill be from within asales or service background within a target background, and you will know what it takes to deliver incredible customer service to your clients. You will be the ideal candidate if you will have a real passion for your work, your team and your branch; you will also be bothresults orientated and be able to embrace accountabilityand responsibility. You will have a natural ability to recognise the importance of communicating effectively with different stakeholders will be paramount.
