Extended Services Manager - Cherry Tree Clubs (Term Time Only)

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for working with children to manage our oversubscribed Breakfast and After School Clubs! Could this be you?

Our Breakfast and After School Clubs are a happy place for children aged 4 years old to 11 years old. They provide a wide range of enjoyable activities, including craft, sport and cookery. The Clubs are held in our dining hall and have access to the library, our school hall and our extensive outside grounds.

If there is a clear outline of the ideal candidate for the job, it will mean stronger applications as well as applicants who will fit into the dynamics of your school.

We are looking for a happy, confident individual with experience of managing a team to reinvigorate our Clubs. The ideal candidate must be able to manage adults whilst ensuring that high quality care is provided for all of the children on site. It is essential that you are a positive role model, demonstrating professional behaviour at all times and insisting on the same from your staff. You must enjoy working with children and have lots of energy and ideas! You must also be fit and able to walk children to and from the Junior School.

The role will require you to work a split shift, attending both the Breakfast and After School Club sessions. The hours are 7.30am – 9am and 2.30pm – 6pm (Term Time Only), this includes time for admin work.

You must have a Level 3 in Play Work or a related field to apply for this role.

1 year fixed term in the first instance, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
