Split shift – Week 1: 6am – 2pm, Week 2: 11:30am – 7:30pm

We are seeking to appoint a skilled Site Technician to join our dedicated Site Team. The core purpose of this role is to assist the Site Manager in the efficient and effective management of the Academy site, ensuring accommodation, buildings and grounds are safe, clean, secure, accessible, and compliant with health and safety at all times.

Duties will include opening and closing the building, maintaining security systems including operation of fire, smoke and intruder alarms, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance including plumbing, joinery repairs and decorating, checking and maintaining boiler, chiller and BMS systems, and responding to general emergencies. The post holder will also be expected to deputise for the Site Manager as required.

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, with excellent trade skills, particularly in plumbing, decorating and joinery. The successful candidate will work in an organised manner, with limited supervision, and will maintain a professional image at all times. Experience of working in a similar environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
