We're now seeking a Lettings Consultant to join our flagship operation in Birmingham and act as the bridge between tenants and landlords.

Your Role
As a Lettings Consultant, you'll be playing a leading role in the achievement of branch lettings targets.
Working with both tenants and landlords, you will manage a portfolio of properties, building relationships with occupants and owners and seeking to meet the needs of both. You'll utilise your knowledge of the property market to drive lettings figures, your sales skills and your ability to close to ensure that every property is filled and revenue is collected.
We've got a comprehensive portfolio of tenants and clients which you'll be familiarising yourself with and a skilled branch team that you will work alongside to sustain and build our brand in Birmingham.
You'll be working 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with a rota to work Saturdays from 10am - 5pm. Any weekend work will be reimbursed with a day off in the week outside of the peak season.
About You
To be considered as a Lettings Consultant, you will need:
- A full driving licence
- The ability to learn and pick up new skills quickly
Property, estate agency or real estate experience would be beneficial, but is not essential if it can be substituted for relevant hospitality, retail, customer service or sales experience.
An ARLA qualification would also be an advantage but is by no means essential.
This is the ideal role for someone who has been, or would like to become, a Lettings Consultant, Property Sales Advisor, Lettings Advisor, Tenancy Advisor, Property Consultant, Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lettings Agent, or Real Estate Consultant.
