Strong brand with excellent network is looking for a franchise model to help drive and support their franchisees.
?? Responsible for managing and assisting the franchise relationship and supporting on new store openings
?? Implementation of brand structures and procedures
?? Team management and development
?? Brand delivery management
?? Audits
?? Overseeing of financials aspects and budgeting
You must have worked in a worked with a franchise businesses and understand every aspect of how that model works from a fast food brand or related industry
Good communication skills are essential for this role as the majority of the time you will interact at all levels.
You will be passionate, driven and able to work with a high level of autonomy.
