My client in Larkfield are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.
You will be delivering a range of support functions including:
- Management of all UK group facilities
- Organisation of all events on behalf of the group
- Administrative and organisational support for the Directors, Senior Managers and other staff
- Project/research work and relevant internal/external communications
You will need to be well organised, have excellent communications skills and time management skills, be able to operate well under pressure, handle multiple and simultaneous priorities from a range of stakeholders and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
