Senior Marketing Manager, UK

TodayTix is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to play a key executional and strategic role for its UK markets. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will execute and lead on strategic activity to drive sales alongside meeting targets for net revenue, app installs and registrations, and first purchases. They will provide marketing support across all channels including ATL media, affiliate marketing, email, content, social media and partnerships. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders including the performance and content teams, and theatre partners, brand partners and agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Marketing, UK to drive brand awareness and UA and maximise revenue in UK markets, in line with the global marketing strategy
- Oversee and execute comms for the UK including email and push marketing
- Work closely with the partnerships team to drive sales for partners and the Senior Email Marketing Manager to optimise CRM
- Collaborate with the performance team to provide expert insight into the UK affiliate landscape and improve ROI of paid search and paid social in the UK
- Work closely with the SEO team to optimise UK rankings and produce powerful evergreen content
- Collaborate with the global content team on UK paid and organic content
- Provide regular reporting on programme and campaign performance alongside strategic recommendations for improvement across key business metrics
- Manage and track marketing budgets and ensure effective budget utilization
- Drive innovation for the global marketing team across new channels in an agile way
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of marketing experience at a fast-paced B2C company
- Experience in performance marketing, especially affiliates
- Creativity, flexibility and an agile approach to comms planning
- Experience line managing team members at executive/officer level
- Knowledge of the UK arts/culture/entertainment sectors
