Talent Acquisition Partner

My client, based in Paddington, is currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their recruitment team, initially on a temporary basis for 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have a mixture of internal and agency recruitment experience. You will be managing up to 40 live roles at a time across HR, IT and Governance.

You will be managing the full candidate cycle, from attraction to offer stage. You will also have close working relationships with various line managers therefore excellent communication skills are essential.

You must have experience with methods of candidate attraction including direct, social media and recruitment fairs.

Key responsibilities

• Managing end to end life-cycle of roles within your area (including gathering and understanding requirements, obtaining approval, sourcing CVs, scheduling interviews, offering candidates)
• Conduct recruitment meetings with managers, understanding their needs and translating them into an agreed recruitment approach
• Participate in competency based interview panels where required and other tests for appropriate roles in business area.
• Work with HR Business Partner and managers to define job descriptions and person specifications.
