A leading Housing Group who have a large operation across the South West are seeking a Repairs Team Leader to manage an in-house team of 12 operatives delivering a day to day repairs maintenance service to its customers.
The Repairs Team leader will be responsible for managing a team delivering a repairs service covering residential properties across the south west region (Bath, Bristol, Somerset regions).
You will undertake the day to day supervision and quality assurance of repair work while also providing technical monitoring and advice to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
Also, you will be able to successfully lead and motivate a team to achieve targets. You will be ambitious and determined; you must also have a proactive, positive and customer-focused approach.
Additional duties will be to prepare effective and efficient reporting to the repairs manager as well as taking personal responsibility of implementing the company's Health & Safety policy and procedures.
