Commercial Project Manager - 18 Months - GBP250 p/d - Outside IR35 - Hertfordshire
I am currently recruiting for Commercial Project Manager on an 18 month contract with a view to start in early October.
My client is embarking on a refurbishment project, which will stretch until April 2020, that will see the development and regeneration of an entire building.
The building is currently in use, so it will be down to you to organise and manage the migration of the current staff to a new building and then actually manage the refurbishment of the original building.
You will be liaising with the Head of Culture to work with the people in the buildings and with the Head of IT working on the software of the refurbishment.
The role is commercial so that is a vital level of experience. You must also have project management experience, though you will not be managing a team, it is the transferable skills that my client is looking for.
