This company is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their accounts team at their global headquarters in Burnley. They offer a competitive salary based on skills, experience and qualifications plus an annual profit related bonus. This is a full-time role 09:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri (with an early finish Friday initiative)

The role- Responsible to the Financial Controller, duties will include;

- Printing, scanning and registering of supplier invoices.
- Administration of expenses.
- Processing monthly Intrastat dispatches and EC sales.
- Generation of sales invoices and credit notes, ensuring that they are received by our customers on a daily basis via post and email.
- Maintaining account documentation for the relevant customer accounts, credit insurance documentation etc.
- Petty cash processing.
- Holiday cover for the accounts team, maintaining diaries and arranging travel.
- Attending meetings, typing and distributing minutes.
- Welcoming visitors and offering refreshments.
- General administration duties as directed by the Head of Finance and IT

Candidates must be numerate and computer literate, particularly with Microsoft packages. Previous office administration experience is essential. The ability to work to tight deadlines and ability to demonstrate attention to detail is a must. A positive, customer service approach is important as well as a professional attitude and commitment to the role.
