Our Kent based client is currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join the team on a permanent basis with a view to a long term career.

This is an exciting opportunity which will allow you to work in a friendly, collaborative team whilst increasing your earning potential. This is a stable, long term position which focuses on generating new business opportunities for the company.

Duties include:

• Contacting both existing and new clients to book appointments for external sales reps
• Building relationships over the phone
• Updating the company CRM system to ensure it is as accurate as possible for the sales team.
• Working to KPIs
• Bringing in new business, chasing up leads and organising the sales team appropriately

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• An outgoing and self-driven personality, with a clear passion for sales
• A solid CV demonstrating your experience in appointment setting
• A confident communicator with the ability to manage professional working relationships.
• A good understanding of geographical locations
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
