A confident experienced Sales Support Administrator, with excellent communication skills. A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task, work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced growing Telecoms Company

The Sales Support Administrator Role:


+ Work directly with the Sales Manager and provide sales and administration support to Sales Teams (Field/Account Management/Tele-Sales)
+ Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Proactive and ability to pre-empt needs of Sales Manager and Sales Team
+ Responding to, and resolving enquiries effectively and efficiently, liaising with Sales Manager
+ Processing all appointments booked and adding details to CRM (Zoho/Autotask)
+ Creating Quotes as instructed by the Sales Team, emailing/mailing and following up as necessary
+ Ensuring Wallboards are accurate and updated continuously, ensuring appointment types are shown accurately (first appointments, second appointments, telesales, reappointed appointments)
+ Processing and tracking new orders, including checking paperwork/electronic documents from the Sales Team
+ Recording sales figures, generating weekly and monthly sales reports per sales person and any other Sales metrics requested by the Sales Manager
+ Overseeing Sales Teams calendars and appointments, ensuring team is in office when no appointments to attend
+ Providing basic CRM training to new starters
+ On-boarding and welcoming new Sales Staff, ensuring access to appropriate IT and equipment is provided as needed (liaising with Tech Team to set up)
+ Weekly update meetings with the Sales Manager, ensuring feedback for Sales Team and any items needing action are communicated to the Sales Manager
+ Understanding and applying the appropriate Company sales departments processes, policies and standards 
+ No selling or cold calling is involved

The Person:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:


+ Experience in a similar office administration role, customer Service or Accounts role
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent IT skills and confident using CRM systems
+ Excellent telephone manner with the ability to quickly establish needs of Sales Manager/Team
+ Strong administration and numeracy skills
+ Excellent attention to detail achieving high levels of accuracy
+ Ability to complete tasks to a high standard
+ Ability to work as team and using own initiative
