Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive
Salary: GBP23,111 to GBP24,657 plus essential car user allowance
Hours: Full-time, Permanent

In this exciting role you will provide personal executive support and assistance to the Chief Executive in the delivery of her role; including business co-ordination, communication, secretarial & administrative support, and deputising for the Executive and Governance Support Service Manager when needed.
Key responsibilities will include undertaking to a high standard a range of general, secretarial and administrative duties, including managing the Chief Executive's extremely busy and complex electronic diary and mailbox. You will be required to represent the Chief Executive, and on her behalf, you will liaise with a range of contacts from managers and staff, tenants, customers and the general public, to representatives of stakeholders from government departments and Members of Parliament.
To be successful in this role you will have comprehensive experience as an Executive Assistant or similar position to a Senior Executive. The ability to manage a complex & varied work load and demands changing on a regular a basis, and have experience in a similar sized customer focused publicly accountable organisation in the housing sector or similar.
