Are you

- Driven to reach and exceed targets to earn more money

- Currently succeeding in a sales or service focused environment

- A graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher with 2+ years work experience OR

You must have 2+ years of reputable work experience and hold a full UK Driving License

What does the role entail

This is a sales role in which your daily responsibilities involve searching for and bringing in new business. However, it is also a very rewarding role and you can expect the help of the leading and successful team around you to achieve your targets.

The earning potential is unlimited at Interaction Recruitment and if you succeed in your first year you can expect to earn GBP35k and above. Beyond this, you can expect to earn GBP50k+ and high achievers can even earn GBP75k+, making recruitment an incredibly desirable industry to work in.
