YOUR CAREER: This is your chance to join a leading manufacturer in the kitchen industry. As Business Development Manager you will be providing bespoke solutions according to your customers' requirements across your designated territory.

THE ROLE: The new Business Development Manager will be selling to housing associations, councils, architects, specifiers and housebuilders and developers, getting involved with presentations, tenders and proposals. Their products are used for both planned council maintenance and new build projects, and you will be liaising with project managers, contractors, asset managers and procurement officers. Full company and industry training are standard for the successful business development manager here.

THE PERSON: Our client is looking for a confident, driven sales person to join their dynamic sales team. You will need previous sales experience, ideally from a construction or kitchen background. Experience selling through a similar route to market is preferable, but not essential as training is provided.

With a multimillion pound turnover, they are looking for a new Business Development Manager to continue their high rate of customer satisfaction.

THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

• Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000
• Bonus: GBP8,000 first year - uncapped bonus
