Graduate Marketing Administrator

We're looking for a Graduate (or equivalent) with fantastic communication skills who is seeking a starting point in Marketing, Advertising or Digital Agency.

The role is an Account Executive, which is working in the advertising team conducting Admin duties around Marketing and Advertising.

The role includes:

• Supporting the advertising team with administrative duties
• Ensuring accuracy and upkeep of various CRM and databases
• Sending out client correspondence
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Booking, confirming and preparing meetings

You'll need to be extremely organised with good attention to detail and ideally some previous office or administrative experience.

You'll need to be degree educated (or equivalent) in a related subject such as Advertising, Digital Marketing, Business or similar.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.
