Our Public Sector client based in Bircham Newton, Kings Lynn is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The role is Monday to Friday, general office hours.

The role will include, but will not be restricted to; Working with the procurement team to update contract registers, contacting suppliers, requesting the return of documents, working with spreadsheets to update databases, raising purchase orders and issuing welcome packs to suppliers.
The ideal candidate will be a strong, clear communicator both verbal and written with the ability to work to a high workload. You will need to be organised and comfortable with MS Excel and Outlook.
You will be required to have previous experience with raising purchase orders / procurement and with an administration background.
The rate of pay is £13 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
