PA To Directors
A well established Property Management company based in Catford are looking for an experienced PA/Administrator to join their team.
The role is broken down into 70% PA duties and 30% Administration.
You will need to have a proven track record of providing PA/Administrational support at MD level and have excellent communication skills both written and oral, in order to represent the company in the most professional manner possible.
All round administrative office skills are required to include knowledge and experience of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and of course excellent typing skills.
Strong diary management skills, coupled with the ability to organise, plan and prioritise is a must, as is experience of setting up meetings, preparing agendas and writing minutes of meetings at senior management level.

A Salary of £20,000 - £24,000 is offered
