We are recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing / Production Supervisor to work for a large manufacturing company located in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
THE DUTIES:
* Ensuring all operators are maintaining output levels in line with set targets.
* Leading continuous improvement projects.
* Ensuring high standards of housekeeping, quality and Health & Safety procedures.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
* Minimum 2 years hands on supervisory / management experience within FMCG environment.
* Excellent Health, Safety and Environmental awareness with an understanding of Risk Assessments and legislation.
* IT literacy (MS, word, excel etc;)
* Excellent organisational skills, including planning of labour and processes. An understanding of MRP systems will be useful.
THE HOURS:
You will work 10pm to 6am (Monday to Friday).
THE PACKAGE:
You Will be paid a basic salary of between GBP24,000 and GBP27,000 annum (depending on experience), plus outstanding benefits
