Information Systems Technician

We are looking to recruit an Information Services Technician to work under the direction of the Information Services Manager. You will be providing a support service for students and staff across College and maintaining the College Information Services.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent and ideally a Microsoft Certified Systems Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE). You will also have experience of supporting various operating systems and have a good understanding of processes and policies supporting good Information Services management.

We expect the successful candidate to have a commitment to high standards and hard work to support the curriculum in securing high quality outcomes for all students, and be able to interact effectively with students of different cultures and socio-economic backgrounds.
