It is imperative that the candidate is extremely personable as they will greet all customers visiting our show site, but must also have a friendly telephone manner and be polite with email responses for other enquiries.
They will be responsible for ordering stock and maintaining a clean, presentable office.
The candidate must also be computer literate in order to update the website with new photos and testimonials and post regularly on social media platforms.
Skills / experience required
Full training will be provided in regards to the company and its products, so direct experience with garden buildings is not necessary, however, applicants MUST have:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a personable manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word
- An understanding of social media and e-marketing with an ability to create engaging content
- Good standard of English and Mathematics
- Ability to thrive without high supervision
- Education at degree level would be desirable but not essential
Garden Buildings Cornwall is a family run company, established in 2015 by Kevin and Vicki Briley. We design and construct excellent quality, bespoke timber buildings such as log cabins, summer houses, camping pods, garages, etc. We are friendly, hard working and excited to welcome another new member of staff to our team.
