Part-time Book-keeper/ Accounts person

Earn £18k -Part-time (pro-rata £30K per annum full time) for working 21 flexible hours per week - Due to the retirement of our Accounts Manager (having worked for us for 27 years) we are looking for a person who is used to multi-tasking and enjoys rewarding and satisfying work on a part-time basis  with flexible hours across the week. Our office hours are open on Monday to Thursday - 9.00am-5.00pm and Friday 9.00-4.00pm Also there are 5 weeks holiday pay including statutory Xmas and bank holidays. The salary will be based on a salary pro-rata of £30,000 per annum.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the finance department looking after the accounts, payroll system similar to Able Internet Payroll, Clearbooks which is similar to Quickbooks, online credit card payment, Sagepay, direct debit collections and bacs payment. You will be an experienced user of Access database, Excel spreadsheets and Word document. You will have an excellent and clear telephone manner and several years experience working within a finance department and looking for a long lasting career.
