I am looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join my team of 5, based within our Woking Office.
Here, you will play an integral role as part of the team and will be responsible for sourcing a high calibre of talent, that will enable Brook Street to remain an agency of choice.
As a recruiter you will need to have a flair for sales with excellent communication skills - via phone, email and in person - as you will be dealing with clients within a variety of levels of seniority and candidates of all abilities.
Don't worry if you don't have previous experience in sales, we provide industry leading training based in house and within our region.
As a bare minimum, you will be required to make a high volume of sales calls to local businesses, providing a high standard of service, developing new and existing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

- A competitive salary of £17,000 - £21,000, with a monthly bonus opportunity (OTE of up to £20k)
