Service Advisor

Due to continued success of this modern purpose-built prestige brand car dealership a new role has arisen for a Service Advisor to join a market-leading retail group based in Oxford. This award-winning group continue to build on their reputation for providing first class service to customers and business partners alike and are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Service Advisor to join their team.

As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Accurately recording vehicle details
• Maximising service sales and profitability
• To provide effective day to day workshop administration from job cards to invoicing
• Liaise with customers through each step of the workshop process keeping them informed of every aspect of work undertaken.
• Providing outstanding customer service

Applications are encouraged from candidates who are currently working as a Service Advisor, or Senior Service Advisor. We would be very interested in applicants that are currently working in a franchised car dealership and have used the Kerridge / ADP Dealer Management System.
