We have an exciting position based within our team, working at the Brook Street Office in Woking.
We are currently seeking a temporary Recruitment Administrator to work on a short term basis whilst recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant.
This would be the ideal position for someone who is keen to start a career within recruitment. Working as part of our team, you will play an integral part in the day to day support within the administration function.
Duties Include:
* Dealing with a high volume of incoming calls, assisting with enquiries
* Maintaining and updating our in house database
* Assisting with the compliance function: Referencing applicant, completing health and safety documentation
* Supporting our Recruitment Consultants with general resourcing and administration
* Assisting with the weekly processing of timesheets
* Records administration: Filing, scanning & document control
Immediate start!
Full, in house training will be given.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5 with 60 minutes for lunch.
Hourly pay rate: £9ph, paid weekly in arrears
