Touchstone (registered charity No. ) is a leading voluntary sector agency providing high quality services to improve the health and wellbeing of local people
We are looking for someone to assist in providing an effective service providing administrative support to the staff and management of Touchstone's Beacon Project and Volunteers Project, including collating and producing data for reporting purposes and servicing committee meetings.
Office Administrator
Location: Leeds
Salary: NJC Scale 4 - Spinal Column 18-21, starting at GBP18,870 pa/pro-rata
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
You will undertake administration including responsibility for identifying, developing and maintaining administrative systems, carry-out general admin duties
The post holder will be based at various sites at Touchstone which includes Support Centre and Touchstone House.
Volunteers Project - 7.5 hours (fixed term up to 12 months, with a possibility of an extension)
Beacon Service - 15 hours
The post holder will be required to liaise closely with staff at all other Touchstone sites with the aim to develop good practice across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work on their own initiative, have effective organisational, ICT and excellent communication and literacy skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and be flexible and adaptable in working across different office environments.
