Brook Street Coventry has an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous recruitment or HR experience to join an organisation offering support to individuals going redundancy consultation period on a temporary contract.

Based within South Coventry, this role will be working on site for my client's customer at their modern office. The location has excellent public transport links and close to the M6 motorway, they offer free onsite parking, a modern open planed office environment and a onsite cafe.

This position will be working with a team of dedicated consultants offering support and coaching to individuals to aid them searching for their next career move, building relationships with recruiters and other companies is essential to help these individuals find a suitable role. Other responsibilities are;
" Ensuring candidates are receiving a positive experience by sourcing quality job leads through various job boards and interacting with fellow recruiters.
" Coaching candidates on the best practice when searching and applying for jobs.
" Create and maintain an effective network through social media, job boards and job fairs where candidates will be given a wide variety of potential jobs.

To be considered for this role you must have the following;
" Experience working within a recruitment or HR role previously
" Excellent communication skills and able effectively communicate with both candidates and clients.
" Able to navigate through various job boards and social media platforms to offer suitable opportunities

This is a part time role working 2-3 days per week between the hours of 09-17 offering a pay rate of £10p/h.
